It’s that time of year when the weather has taken a turn, temperatures have dropped and the inevitable coughs and colds have started doing the rounds! I was doing well avoiding it up til now, but the toddler took me down with her. So the next couple of days will mainly be spent at home, in the warm, with lots of healthy food and water to help my body get better.
Trying to stay fit and healthy is so important to me right now. I need all the energy I can get to keep up with a very demanding toddler. Keeping up with her, plus keeping up with all my work that I have right now, getting ill is not good. So by maintaining my healthy active lifestyle, this helps keep my body in the best possible condition. A couple days of rest will hopefully be enough for my body to repair itself and I’ll be back fighting fit, ready to carry on with my work.
Making sure that you keep your business ‘healthy’ is also very important. I am doing my best to ensure that my business stays in a good condition, through advertising my services via social media and asking friends and family to recommend me to potential clients. As I am still in the early stages of my business setup, it is quite hard to get that initial push and secure my first few regular clients. I am lucky that I have had a lot of support from my family and friends and it’s through them that I have my first client referrals. By keeping up the momentum and continually following up on leads, I can keep my business in a healthy, working condition.
Is your business currently suffering from a bit of winter blues? Maybe there is something that I can do to help get that business looking healthy again. If you need help with invoicing to get your bank balance looking healthier, I can do that. Is that email account looking a bit over full? Let me do some maintenance and get it looking healthier again. By getting those underlying processes into a healthy state, your whole business can in turn function much better and become healthier. If you think that your business could do with a bit of a health check, why not get in Contact?
